Overview:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Representative participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes and procedures, contributing to the overall objectives of maintaining an effective QA program. The QA Specialist supports work control, administration and disposition of nonconformance's, calibration program, and control of other work processes. This role would primarily consist of the creation and revision of procedures/process instructions (e.g., document control, design control, work control, and equipment operating procedures, etc.) and aiding the divisions groups with implementation and training of staff.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain programmatic procedures, work control instructions, and equipment operating procedures.
• Write and train staff to basic quality procedures. (i.e., document control, design control, work control, equipment operating procedures, etc.)
• Conduct training with staff personnel on procedures and work control instructions.
• Application of graded approach.
• Internal assessments.
• Corrective action tracking.
• Support administration of the non-conformance process.
• Support management of the calibration program.
• Support the Quality Representative(s) in the effective implementation of all QA program elements.
• Work is accomplished without considerable direction.

Job Qualifications Requirements:

• BS degree in engineering, quality assurance, industrial systems engineering, or related field.
• Four (4) Plus years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Work will require mostly onsite presence.
• Must have Active "Q" Clearance.
• US Citizen.
• Successful drug screen.
