Quality Assurance Coordinator

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Duration: 12+Months

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing general and specific administrative support tasks involved in the Quality function.
• Responsibilities may include maintaining records and other related documentation and assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees in various administrative tasks, directly and indirectly, related to the work unit's primary function.
• These tasks may include, but not be limited to, assisting with researching information, assisting with analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following the work unit manager's directions and other established administrative procedures applying developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks.
• Thorough understanding of the general/technical acts of the job.
• Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment.
• Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.
• Looking for someone to assist the Chief of Staff with the daily administration and operational activities for the Global Security function.
• Excellent organization and communications skills are a must, followed by mastery of the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) and attention to detail.
• The Plano or Houston areas in Texas are preferred, however, this position can be remote.
