As an intermediate to senior quality assurance analyst in an Agile Analyst role within the Quoting platform’s Home Quote Explorer (HQX) Service Management team, you’ll assist in developing system requirements and test system changes to provide services that are key to the continuing success of our award-winning Quote and Buy applications. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Business partners, our vendor and HQX team members to gather requirements and write acceptance criteria to translate business expectations into system (functional and technical) requirements. You’ll also spend time completing user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality as designed. Our solutions are developed with strong collaboration in a fast paced, agile-like and open work environment.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or other related field of study and a minimum of two years of work experience analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of four years of related work experience analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing, may be accepted.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to learn quickly to gain working knowledge of the application along with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate, build strong working relationships and communicate with Business partners, Vendor and project team members
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, writing acceptance criteria and creating story mapping
• Knowledge of test methodology, testing client and API applications and experience with user acceptance testing
• Knowledge of accessibility analysis and testing.

Compensation

• $64,000 - $95,000/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 24-30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
