As a Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager (Level 4) you will serve as a leader responsible for leading a group of represented NDI Inspectors and Engineers. You will lead the development of training plans and associated training materials to expand our in-house training capabilities for the various NDI methods.

This candidate will be responsible for the following,

• Formulates and recommends trainings to support the growth and development of the NDI team.
• Ensure the development of NDI personnel through training, conferences, best practice sharing, etc.
• Ensure training adherence to PM-8006 and NAS 410.
• Assign direct reports work tasks, collect feedback, and provide performance appraisals, assist with career planning, and identify training development for direct reports.
• Define, communicate, and coordinate staffing priorities as well as funding requirements with the appropriate project leads.
• Fosters career development and employee growth as: Technical contributors, program leads, functional leaders, and future business leaders.
• Fosters employee feedback, recognition, and engagement.

In addition to personnel and resource management, the manager will be responsible for the leadership necessary to pro-actively identify and resolve issues that may impact the ability to achieve Mission Success.
Domestic travel may be required.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Must been able to obtain Secret Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience in Quality, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Responsible for continuous improvement with a focus on reducing cost and improving product quality performance.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions.
• Assures full compliance to the Company Quality Management System within the assigned work area as well as holding individuals accountable for the quality of their work products.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite applications, Document Processors, Databases, technical graphics, etc
• Final secret clearance to start.
