Position Type: Full-Time
Work Site: Patuxent River, MD
Work Location: Remote (see COVID-19 procedures below)

**COVID-19 Procedures: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however training/tasking will require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense and Tableau.
• Gather reporting, dashboard, and metric requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Create web-based visualizations, dashboards, and reports for custom applications using JavaScript libraries like D3.js.
• Transform data structures to analyze and join data from multiple sources.
• Customize Qlik Sense Mashups using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Assist with technical and user documentation.
• Assist with evaluating IT tools/hardware and providing recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:
Required:

• Experience with creating web-based visualizations and reports using HTML, JavaScript, and/or CSS.
• Experience making REST API calls to pull data for transformation and visualizations.
• Experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense and/or Tableau (experience with other BI tools may be considered).

Desired:

• Experience with developing modern front-end applications using Node Package Manager (NPM), Webpack, and ReactJS.
• Experience with data transformation using Python.
• Experience with creating custom visualizations using D3.js
• Experience using Git or TFS for source control.
• Experience in database design and development.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, Active Secret or Interim Secret is preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education/Experience:
BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
