Requirements:

• Authorization to Work in the US – No Sponsorship
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years testing experience with regression testing, integration testing, and basic Automation/performance testing.
• Experience using automation test tools; UFT Preferred.(Added Advantage)
• Knowledge and deep understanding of Waterfall/ Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with programmers and business experts to capture critical workflows for test purposes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be agile and proactive to aggressively learn and work in a competitive time sensitive environment.
• Demonstrate confidence and ability to use discretion and identify issues.
• Ability to respectfully question ideas and share a point of view with others in support of the business requirements and needs.
• Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of employees ranging from entry level to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and shift priorities quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and tracing root cause.
