We seek Motivating professionals who will join our Committed team in Polk County areas Lakeland, Mulberry and Winter Haven. Looking for weekends, will even take Rotating Weekends.
As a Physical Therapist you will ensure delivery of quality physical therapy services and to provide Case Management for our patients through comprehensive assessments and coordination of agency services.
Our ideal Physical Therapist will assure compliance with current physician's orders, appropriate interventions and reports to the physician, and complete and accurate documentation in the clinical record.

Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
- Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy and currently licensed in the State of Florida
- Home Health Experience a plus
- Lymphedema Certification
