Required Skills
As our Tour Manager starting early 2023 to November, you’ll be responsible for the set up, execution, and tear down of on-site experiences for our customers. No two days are the same - you could be studying to prepare for the next event, calling to confirm ambassadors and vendors, or setting up the next location based on the day of the week. To thrive in this job, you must be 21 years of age, have a clean driving record, and pass a drug screen as you will potentially be driving company vehicles. You must have experience working on experiential events before and understand what both setup and breakdown entails, how to balance the management of staff and vendors during a live event, and how to fix things when they go wrong when we’re on site. If you have a passion for spirits of golf, that’d be a huge plus with this specific role and the events you’ll be working at!

Required Skills
- You’ll be communicating daily with your team and also managing communication with vendors, key client stakeholders, brand ambassadors and consumers so the ability to fluctuate between all of those groups is key.
- You learn quickly and ask questions when taught about a new event, client, or experience setup.
- You should feel comfortable taking on event issues whether tech goes down or a part needs to be fixed. You know how to problem-solve, when to escalate, and how to prioritize issues to make sure we deliver the event and experience.
- People management. You’ll be the go-to person for both the client, the onsite staff and some of our vendor points of contact. You must build relationships quickly and communicate clearly to ensure each person understands their roles and responsibilities. You can go from strangers to teammates in an hour by asking a series of questions to understand their strengths and weaknesses, then apply their interests to the right role.
- You will be traveling nationally and regionally, depending on the project and timeline.
- You will be the master at managing different elements of a program, especially since you'll be a point-of-contact on the day of our events. From confirming that our creative elements are correct, to making sure the footprint is kept tidy, to hyping up our Brand Ambassador team onsite, to ensuring our bartenders and local teams are good to go - you are the maestro for our event.
