OAK has successfully completed thousands of building projects including schools, medical facilities, public buildings, churches, banks, restaurants, airports, roadwork and recreational projects. Primary Function –
Responsible for overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of commercial construction-management projects. Candidates will be considered only with 5 + years of commercial construction experience.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise work of project administration
- Coordinate work with superintendents, architects and engineers to establish priorities
- Plan and implement all projects
- Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong technical and communication skills are critical
- Excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Above average computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office,including Excel and Project and knowledge of Procore or similar construction software
- Experience with reading blueprints and project specifications
- Ability to estimate projects
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand alone on projects
