This position requires the ability to handle high volume and fast paced Commercial HVAC/ Plumbing workload, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, basic computer skills (excel, word and Bluebeam) .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Industry knowledge in Mechanical Equipment, Boiler, Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Generators
• Manage job costs and profits (profit projections) and cash management/ billings
• Manage project status, procurement, submittals and closeouts
• Manage construction schedules and manpower scheduling
• Estimate and process change orders and purchasing
• Create and maintain customer relationships
• Employee coaching and support
• Site visits and site meetings

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, completion of G.E.D.
• Equivalent work experience or a technical school
• Criminal background check required for hire
• 5yrs of Experience as a Project Manager in commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The field portion of this this position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting and stooping, as well as working in all types of weather conditions
