Elite Industries is a commercial construction trade company that specializes in flooring, ceramic, and acoustical installs. Our scopes are ever changing and evolving into new areas. With our continued growth, we are looking for a self motivated Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager with Elite, your responsibilities would include:

- Bidding projects, estimating, contacting Reps, composing proposals

- Organizing shop drawings and submittals

- Ordering materials, coordinating, preparing, scheduling trades

- Acting as a point of contact & facilitating communication between all project team members

- Composing pay applications, change orders, proposal requests

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

- Experience in commercial or mixed use construction

- Ability to effectively read blueprints

- Maintaining positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other team members

- Analyze worker and production problems and propose solutions for performance improvement

- Capacity to handle multiple tasks at the same time

- Basic computer skills, Apple software knowledge and Bluebeam Revu is a plus

- Must have valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
