This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements from our Racine, WI or New Holland, PA office. Onsite Tuesday through Thursday, minimum.


Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager within our North America Capital PMO team, you’ll be developing and coordinating Projects and Enhancements to meet and exceed customer needs in the field as well as within the NA Capital organization. You will:

  • Engagement and alignment with cross-functional team and team representatives within Capital and the CNHi Brands, where necessary
  • Lead cross functional activities initiating, planning, and executing projects through the Project Management Lifecycle
  • Define and Lead project budget, scope, schedule / timeline, goals, deliverables, and staffing needs with PMO Business Analysts to ensure project success.
  • Partner & Collaborate with PMO Resources and work collaboratively to drive project success
  • Examine resource requirements and availability needed for project
  • Build & Manage project plans, timelines, and milestone achievements
  • Ensures adherence to project plans and timelines to be met by internal and external resources
  • Coordinate the efforts of the project team through detailed planning efforts
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk. Initiates corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the project
  • Measure & Monitor project performance and collect post-project feedback to look for issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure appropriate visibility, transparency, and communication of the project as they arise and advance as needed
  • Support Test Plan Development, Testing, and active measurement of Test Plan Completion by Project Team Members
  • Ensure that all project documents are complete and stored appropriately.
  • Drive consistent communication across cross-functional operations to meet aligned program objectives
  • Facilitate project & program meetings and conflict resolution as needed
  • Adherence to Project Management Standards, Training, Process, Procedures and Tools
  • Hold teams accountable on all aspects of Project Management
  • Strong experience with Project Management including successful utilization of tools like: Excel, SharePoint, Project, PowerPoint, and Portfolio tools like Monday.com
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards
  • May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed
The base annual salary for this position is $88,000 - $167,000 with potential for lump sum annual bonus. ( Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years related experience in Project Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
  • Experience in projects relating to software development, testing and delivery. Technical proficiency in project management practice is helpful, and necessity determined by position
  • Experience in non-system projects and driving process change.
  • Finance Background preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge; PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Intermediate-to-Proficient in Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, and/or similar tools.
  • Strong administrative skills. Must be very detail oriented
  • Outstanding oral and written communications; Ability to communicate optimally with team members and leadership staff
  • High level of patience and service. Ability to empower team members
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Phenomenal teammate who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal direction
