CACI is seeking a solution focused Technical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support our Navy customer. The Project Manager supports the Assistant Program Manager and Program Manager in management of resourcing, cost, schedule, and risk and mitigations for technical projects. The Project Manager will coordinate with all functional leads to include technical staff and will be able to brief both CACI and Government leadership on a project’s status and associated deliverables. The Project Manager leads a team of Software Developers, DEVOPS, Integration, and Cyber Engineers to provide software solutions to the Navy.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Lead an software solutions development team
  • Work on an DEVSECOPS pipeline to deliver a CI/CD pipeline solution to the Navy
  • Responsible for project performance to include delivery of documented project deliverables, labor resourcing, cost, schedule, and risks/mitigations
  • Creates meeting agendas and tracks after action items to closure for meetings as required.
  • Facilitates project communications and updates vendors, working groups, and all staff as appropriate.
  • Prepares briefings on project status for both CACI and Government leadership.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members across multiple organizations.
  • Effectively documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • 5 + years experience in managing technical projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an additional 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Agile Project Management methodologies
  • Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Project / Teams / Jira
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Current TS/SCI clearance
  • Have some or full experience with DoD Multi-Int (SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, etc.) collection processes and management
  • Be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Have experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DEVSECOPS
  • Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience working on DoD projects and programs

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
