Job Title: Project Coordinator & Logistics

Based at: Various locations

Job Summary:

Sanford Federal, Inc. is currently seeking Project Coordination & Logistics

to work and perform their duties in such an effective manner.

Duties:

- Coordinate international training under the guidance of TDU. This includes coordination of participant lodging and meals.

- Coordinate travel for WTCP instruction team in support of all WTCP missions

- Logistics for up to ten (10) WTCP international missions.

- Secure visas and vaccinations for instructor team

- Coordinate with TDU and OLE Attachés for each training mission

- Coordinating project schedules, supervising the proper transportation of goods, and ensuring that raw materials are readily available.

Requirements:

  • experience in Logistics, Operations, Warehousing, Transportation, or Distribution.
  • Demonstrated Project management skills and proven leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills required

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, detail-oriented.

  • able to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • International travel experience.
  • Prior law enforcement experience.
  • Prior wildlife law enforcement experience.
  • Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) training experience.
  • LE leadership training experience.
  • Experience developing training for law enforcement.
  • Ability to manage training scheduling system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

  • North Chicago, IL 60064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Logistics, Operations, Warehousing, Transportation: 1 year (Preferred)
