Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to assist with the daily operations of the sales and account management teams. In this role, the individual will need to provide excellent customer service, great organization and multi-tasking skills, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively. All in a professional and ethical manner.
Responsibilities

• Enter jobs in Operating System – Generate Purchase Orders and Service/Work Orders
• Gather Material and Subcontractor Pricing
• Organize and Ensure Accurate Information is in Dropbox and Project Folders
• Assist with the approval of weekly work order tickets
• Input information in Company CRM system
• Assist with proposals as needed
• Generate Contracts and Ensure they are executed by all parties
• Follow up with Invoicing and Manage Sales Person’s Aging Report
• Manage Job Close Out

Requirements

• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort in sales support role
• Passion for Customer Service and Self-Motivated
• High School Degree or Greater

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
