Corrigan Moving Systems continues to grow and has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator in our Commercial Sales / Logistics Department.

Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance to our Customers, Salespeople, Account Managers, Project Managers and Operations as needed to meet company/team goals including assisting with inbound phone and web inquiries, processing data entry of all work orders/proposal documents as needed to compile accurate and complete information to our customers.

Provide sales support activities to produce information to effectively process and communicate responses to clients and coordinate with Operations team to maximize Corrigan Moving Systems efficiencies without compromising the quality of service provided to the client.

Be a master communicator between internal departments and external customers to coordinate and manage any third party service providers required for service requests. Work with subcontractors to obtain pricing, place purchase orders and track projects as they happen gathering the needed information for each project.

Act as escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively by investigating order discrepancies and assists Account Managers in resolution of customer complaints

Document project timelines and responds timely when processing and communicating project goals and timeline recap, always seeking to increase the quality of service, internal process improvements and new approaches to client concerns.

Delivers exceptional customer services by building and maintaining relationships with customers, while maintaining effective communication between internal departments and external customers.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or related position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of financials as well as Gross Profit models
  • Prior experience with logistics, commercial and systems furniture (desired)
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
