Austim Care Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their IT Team! This is a remote position and would prefer someone located in the area of Fall River, Massachusetts or New York.

What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners:

• Support corporate initiatives to identify process improvements, develop enterprise-wide best practice management and optimize and document workflows/policies and procedures
• Interface with ACP’s IT vendor to troubleshoot IT projects, issues, and manage corporate IT projects to effectively implement new technology
• Track the delivery and maintenance of company issued equipment and licenses and develop processes in conjunction with Finance to monitor IT spend
• Conduct monthly audit of IT invoices, reports and analyze IT incident trends to mitigate risks
• Operate as the day-to-day contact with ACP’s IT vendor helping to prioritize work in flight, maintain meeting agendas and minutes, conduct follow ups and interface between IT and corporate departments such as DeNovo, Finance, and Clinical Operations.
• Act as the internal IT Project Manager (with input from IT vendor) for any DeNovo or existing health center moves
• Develop, update, and maintain ACP IT SharePoint site
• Maintain effective controls over staff terminations that impact IT – licenses, directory maintenance, SharePoint updates, etc.
• All other responsibilities as directed by Manager of Enterprise Operations to achieve enterprise-wide goals – both IT related and for other departments and projects.

Education and Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and has strong time management skills
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to develop tactical solutions to day-to-day problems
• Ability to be flexible to manage changing requirements within a growing organization while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• 1-3 years of experience in an operational role in the health services or insurance sector
• Project management experience
• Experienceworking with cross-functional teams
