SUMMARY: Assists the Program Manager with the day-to-day running of the Housing StabilityServices program funded by the Washington State Office of Refugee and Immigrant Affairs,
including supervision of assigned case managers and housing coordinators. This program is
providing rent assistance and housing placement support to recent humanitarian parolee
arrivals across Western Washington. This is a very position will review, approve, and process
paperwork for all rent assistance requests and assist in program development, compliance, and
administrative processes such as reporting, data tracking and management to meet the
programs goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and implement the ORIA HSS program to provide housing and rent assistance to
- Train and lead a diverse team of direct staff within the program to ensure service delivery and
- Train and support the professional development and well-being of program staff
- Implement administrative practices that ensure accurate, confidential participant record
- Research, compile accurate and traceable data, and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence,
- Keep statistics and anecdotal information to support grant writing for the organization
- Promote relationship-building within LCSNW. Participate and partner with other LCSNW
service.
- Maintain positive relationships with external partners, stakeholders and other community
- Responsible for representing program at partner community meetings on a regular basis.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, clients, and the

- Ensure adherence to LCSNW policies and procedures. Interpret and Communicate work

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years working in a case management or social service role
- Minimum of 2 years working with refugee populations
- Experience in supervising program staff.
- Must have respectful, open, unbiased, accepting attitude toward clients and their families
- Knowledge of, and ability to work with social service agencies and other agencies regarding referrals and treatment continuity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to include basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a team member
- Ability to be very organized regarding paperwork, be detailed oriented, and have ability to effectively prioritize work responsibilities
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a multicultural setting
- Requires strict adherence of HIPAA standards in the office workspace to ensure confidentiality
