We are hiring for a Program Manager of DEI who will continue to lift and support Global’s diversity, equity and inclusion work. This role will report to the VP of Talent.

  • You are a thought partner with internal stakeholders to lead, support, and guide the facilitation of one or more of the following initiatives: learning + development, performance management, talent acquisition, retention and/or belonging.
  • You can influence better decisions related to people practices and HR priorities through compelling data, analysis and recommendations for our business that aligns with the company's cultural beliefs and leadership behaviors.
  • You are current on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, programs, and metrics with proven experience to support policies and practices.
  • You identify opportunities and are able to facilitate open and honest discussions about diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization in order to advance the organization's inclusive culture.
  • You have a strong network and resources that are ready for deployment. You align resources and relationships across organizations to support efforts of diversity and inclusion.


“Gauges”
of Responsibility

  • Chair the DEI advisory board and bring recommendations and thoughts from this group to the organization through partnership with our Chief People Officer
  • Provide guidance to the Employee Resource Groups. Build partnerships with the Co-Chairs and ensure they are well supported and guided in their work and integrated into the organization. Attend events when possible.
  • Support the implementation of programs alongside HR Leadership, Executive Leadership and Communications as the roadmap for DEI evolves in the organization.
  • In partnership with the talent acquisition team, develop and cultivate external partnerships with colleges and professional associations to attract culturally diverse students and other professionals and with local community-based and professional organizations.
  • Equip recruiters and hiring managers with the tools, training, and resources to attract underrepresented talent while providing a positive and successful candidate experience.
  • Produce annual reports and company metrics, as well as develop strategies on how to improve programs and practices to enhance key business outcomes.
  • Partner with Talent Development to embed D & I in learning programs such as first-time manager, high potential programs and code of conduct training.
