The Role

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for organizing programs and activities within the business unit. Will play an instrumental role as we transform our organization. Will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. Program Manager will also develop budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals. Develops, edits and implements projects and programs to manage enhance or the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects (i.e., resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions and dependencies). Manages work streams, prepares status reports and interfaces with stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are aligned with defined objectives. Coordinates and communicates the activities of project personnel with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress within time and budget constraints.

  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and track Key Performance Metrics that will be used as success measurement for individual projects and programs.
  • Managing a team (internal or external) with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
