Program Manager - $76k to $109k Plus $10k Sign on
Coos Bay, OR
The Program Director will direct the operation and oversee staff under the guidance and direction of the Board of Directors and CDMT.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human services, public administration or health related field required or with previous experience must obtain a Bachelor’s degree within the first 18 months of hire.
Current Oregon driver’s license and auto insurance
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire
Management experience in non-profit, social services, health care or equivalent related field
Requires successful background in team leadership, fund development, grant writing and management, fiscal oversight, coalition building and community relations, preferably in a community based agency providing direct services
