JOB TITLE:
Program Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE:
Assist in the planning, supervision, development, and coordination of programs within the Center for Principle-Based Leadership and Ethics (CPLE); advise and counsel students affiliated with the CPLE; develop a branding strategy for the CPLE and provide digital support to enhance CPLE’s brand and stakeholder engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in strategic planning (under the direction of CPLE’s Director) to execute CPLE’s mission

Coordinate resources to execute programs developed through strategic planning process

Develop a brand management strategy for CPLE to enhance stakeholder awareness of CPLE’s mission and vision

Provide digital support (e.g., website maintenance, social media account management) to increase stakeholder awareness of CPLE’s programming

Produce video and audio recordings for CPLE programming or CPLE marketing

Develop, coordinate and administer student enrichment/academic programs for students affiliated with CPLE).

Provide individual consultation and problem solving to College of Business (COB) students, faculty and administrators.

Coordinate CPLE services and programs with other university departments and external stakeholders to assure smooth delivery of services, coordinate program efforts and reduce duplication of efforts.

Provide leadership and advisement for student leadership organizations affiliated with CPLE; coordinate leadership-training opportunities with Directors and Assistant Deans.

Interpret University regulations relating to all phases of CPLE program and make referrals as necessary.

Provide coordination of CPLE events.

Train and supervise CPLE support staff.

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
Participate in planning, maintenance and achievement of CPLE goals.

Serve on committees as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree

Experience:
1 year work-related experience organizing personnel and/or managing accounts, assisting with strategic planning, managing brands, or marketing using digital tools
