    APPLICANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PASS A PROFICIENCY TEST

    Duties & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, Relationships)
    • Applicant must have extensive computer skills and working knowledge with Google Drive Applications
    • Create purchase orders in business plus from approved requisition process in Google
    • Research comparable items when requested
    • Obtain quotes when requested
    • Work closely with Vendors to resolve ordering issues
    • Work closely with Buildings to resolve any request issues
    • Process Emergency Purchase Order requests when needed
    • Expedite orders as needed
    • Troubleshooting
    • UPDATE AND ADD NEW VENDOR INFORMATION INTO BUSINESS PLUS
    • COORDINATE CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FOR CONTRACTORS
    • COORDINATE PERFORMANCE BONDS WITH CONTRACTORS
    • COORDINATE THE DISTRICT PLANNER AND CALENDAR ORDER
    • COORDINATE ALL AIA CONTRACT PAYMENTS
    • COORDINATE ALL PAYMENTS FOR ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS
    • COORDINATE CONTRACTS FOR SIGNATURE WITH THE CFO AND BOARD SECRETARY
    • PREPARE TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS WHEN REQUESTED BY CONTRACTOR (THROUGH GOOGLE)
    • RECONCILE PURCHASING PCARD EVERY MONTH
    • Other duties as assigned

    Physical Requirements of Position:
    • Must be able To stand, bend, stoop and climb
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

    • Must be a detail oriented team player with a positive outlook and high level of professionalism
    • Must be a self-starter working independently, establishing priorities while handling multiple projects and meeting all deadlines
    • Knowledge of Purchasing/Warehouse/Accounting cycle
    • Knowledge of Software including Financial Management Software (Business Plus), Microsoft Office Suite
