The primary responsibilities of the Production Worker position are:
- Cleaning the process buildings and process equipment.
- Will train to fill vacancies in the Material Handling and Process Operation positions.
- Sanitation and cleanup duties
- Loading product into tanker trucks and railcars for delivery
- Position requires standing and walking for long periods, climbing stairs and ladders, working with tools, working within close-confined spaces, and working in extreme temperatures.
- Will have the opportunity to progress to the Material Handler, Process Operator, Maintenance, Power Plant Operations, and Line Supervisor positions!
What Hours Would I be Working?
12 hour rotating shifts (4 days on/4 days off/4 nights on/4 nights off/back to days) (Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays)
ADM requires the successful completion of applicable pre-employment medical/respirator questionnaire and a background check.
