SALARY: $34.10 per hour

SHIFT:
  • Midnights – 11PM to 7AM
  • Days – 7AM to 3PM (for training only)
  • Afternoons – 3PM to 11PM
  • Some shifts may be up to 12 hours per day

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Williamsburg Brewery is the heart of beer production in this region of The United States, we are looking for skilled Production Operators to join our weekend relief team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Effectively and safely operate high speed production equipment.
  • Maintain operation of production machinery by troubleshooting faults and resolving issues independently.
  • Industrial cleaning and sanitation.
  • Fork truck operation.
  • Inspect nonconforming product.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Record and interpret process data.
  • Perform process quality control checks.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance to perform proactive and reactive adjustments and repairs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associates Degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior high-speed manufacturing, warehousing, or related experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience with mechanical systems preferred.
  • Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending.
  • Must be able to left items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
