Job description
- Level 2 Production Support for Payments and Swift applications, responsible for projects involving maintenance and enhancement activities
- Exposure to compliance programs like OFAC and AML is preferred
- Data analysis, exposure to UNIX is preferred.
- Track, resolve and escalate issues for own projects while keeping relevant stakeholders informed
- Perform root cause analysis for P1/P2/P3 and P4 incidents and take action based on business needs.
- Raise/escalate any service-related issues and risks to Track lead and/or BCI lead
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
