1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift Bakery stacker - Full-Time - Claremont, NC 28610
1st & 2nd RTE – Full-Time – Claremont, NC 28610
We are offering a $750(1st shift) and $1,250(2nd & 3rd shift) sign-on bonus for all new hires after 90 days of employment. The starting pay for this position is $17.85/hour with a 2nd shift $0.75/hour shift differential and 3rd shift $1/hour Shift differential.

This facility operates five days a week with potential for overtime and produces Hamburgers and Sandwiches
Tasks:
Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening in any department that may include, but not limited to, supplier, assembler, topper, hand wrapper, packer, stacker, sanitation. Other tasks include standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting and reaching. Candidate must be willing to lift, push and carry in many areas on the production floor (weight depends on area ranging from 15 – 50 pounds). Candidates must be available to work overtime and weekends as required to meet production deadlines; must have the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; must be willing to be cross trained and moved to other areas as needed and must be willing and able to stand for 8 – 12 hours per day on hard floors in extreme hot or cold environments ranging from 50 to 120 degrees.
Requirements:
Prior experience is not required. Must have effective communication skills and be able to work in a team environment and High Temperature environment in the bakery area.
