Role and Responsibilities

Team Members must demonstrate core skills which include understanding Company safety policies, housekeeping standards, statistical process control, following verbal and written instructions, knowing the product line and manufacturing standards, and the essential duties for an assigned workstation.

Shift: 28-day rotation schedule; 12hr shifts on weekends, 8hr shifts on weekdays – shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Compensation: Starting at $19.29; pay increase upon completion of training with a range of $19.53-$22.11

Job Location: Little Rock, AR

  • This is a union facility

Essential Job Functions

  • Operate various machine sections
  • Conduct Set-ups and machine adjustments
  • Operate/ monitor the different support systems
  • Supply raw materials to systems
  • Conduct testing to maintain quality data
  • Maintain recycling centers in the area
  • Assist in all machine startups/lace-ups

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum education: HS Diploma
  • Must be able to read, write, perform the four basic math functions and be physically able to perform the essential duties

Work Experience

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have a basic knowledge of 5S

Skills and Abilities:

  • Adherence to strict safety policies
  • Adherence to the highest quality standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment, raw material & process deficiencies
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of the organization
  • Must have the ability to recognize and prioritize various tasks/projects at the same time
  • Must be able to work 8 to 12 hours on his/her feet and climb safety ladders when necessary to complete various tasks within the position
  • Must work well with other team members on a team and other teams
