Hillandale Farms is in search of a Production Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spring Grove, PA!

What will you be doing??
- This position is a farm maintenance position. Applicant must be willing to work in animal agriculture conditions. Position will focus mostly with inside equipment, but will likely include outdoor activities.
- Preventative and corrective maintenance of all egg production related equipment including:
- Egg handling equipment
- Manure handling equipment
- Ventilation Systems
- Water and Feed Systems
- Facilities
Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior farm experience a preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently, but also to work and communicate with others
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Use of computer for record keeping and operation of equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Remain focused to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Conscious of surroundings at all times
- Able to follow instructions closely and multi-task
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs not constantly
