JOB DESCRIPTION

Newrest SLC LLC is looking for General Workers to fill positions in our Production, Pick & Pack, and Dishwash Departments. Newrest SLC LLC, is an expanding company and we are proud to provide full catering services for Delta Airlines, International Airlines, and other Corporations like FedEx.

In this full-service catering, our General Workers are important in their role in performing tasks such as:

• Preparing, slicing, and packaging food
• Setting up food trays
• Ensuring flights have all the necessary utensils, drinks, snacks, and items to make flights comfortable for guests
• Maintaining necessary stock of food and supplies to keep operations flowing
• Cleaning our facility
• Working to clean all food preparation equipment, trays and carts, china, and utensils to ensure high standards of sanitation are met
• Perform all other required tasks as needs and assignments change

COMPENSATION

Sign-On Bonus: $300 USD

Weekly Pay: $15 per hour*

• Additional $1.50 shift differential for hours worked after 3:00 pm. Max $60 per week.

Shifts: Full-time shifts; with weekend and holiday availability

Shift needs vary based on department

• AM Shift - Generally from 6 am – 2:30 pm
• PM Shift - Generally from 2 pm – 10:30 pm
• Grave Shift – Generally from 11 pm – 7:30 am

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to lift a least 35 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work fast-paced environment
• Ability to show flexibility in working in various areas of the department
• Ability to know how one’s performance affects the areas before and after you
• Ability to read and speak to understand instructions from supervisors and co-workers
• Ability to meet standards for good attendance, diligence, punctuality, and reliability
