Balance is looking out to hire Production Associate/Fork Lift Operator/Material handler one of the world's leading client!!!

As a PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE, you will get trained on how to bring materials and supplies to the Production line helping build the most exciting, environmentally-friendly vehicles on the planet. If you have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and value teamwork in a safety-focused environment.

JOB LOCATION: Fremont, CA

PAY: Night shift will earn $25.30 per hour, Day Shift $23 per hour

Must be open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed.

Shifts: Day and Night (different timings in each shift)

**Shift times vary as there are over 20 different start times**

ABOUT THE JOB ROLE

· Complete standard work processes and follow trained procedures.

· Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business.

· Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision.

· Escalate technical problems to the appropriate support groups and leaders.

· Follow safety guidelines & procedures.

· Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

· Updated Resume

· Able to lift of 50 lbs. weight

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Comfortable learning new technology.

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Ability to work at a repetitive motion

· Able to perform production job duties on a warehouse setting

· Able to stand on your feet for over 10-12-hour shifts

· Flexible schedule is a must and must be open to working on the weekends!!!

SCHEDULE

· Full Time (Permanent Role)

· Shuttle Facility Available (in San Francisco San Jose, Mountain View Hayward Oakland Walnut Creek Richmond Gilroy Salinas Stockton Fremont Manteca Modesto Tracy)

· 10-12 hours Shift

· (3-5 Working Days) A week

· NO WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!!
