Axiom Rail Services, LLC (once known as Railway Safety Consultants) is a growing B2B company thast specializes in the railroad sector of the transportation industry.
Axiom has three main service offerings which are, MAnagement, MAterials, and Maintenance. Under any one of our service programs, comes and array of customer friendly services that can be used to fill the needs of our customers within the industry!
Under the management program, customers will find such services such as, safety training, compliance programs, audits and evaluations and emplyee development programs. Our Materials service, offers our customer a wide variety of tools, gear, clothing and vehicles for people within the railroad to purchase from Axiom online.
Finally, our Maintenance program, allows our customers to have access to rail track services like, new track construction, track repairs, track demolition and track inspections.
Since going remote in 2020, Axiom still offers two site locations. One in Ohio and the other in Raleigh North Carolina. Axiom has a nationwide reach in our industry and we continue to grow and expand each day.
About the position:
We are looking for a true go-getter! We need somebody who isnt afraid to cold call, and call from a warm leads list. You are a true phone and email warrior! This role will be expected to primarily target the railroad industry, however, you should also reachout to the general construction industry since, we sell many other safety products as well. You will be responsible for reporting to the Product Manager on setting goals, meeting KPI's, filling orders online, reaching out ot our suppliers and following up with cusotmer. You will also need to reach out to current customer accounts to setup subscription based plans via our WIX platform.
About You:
You should be a hungry sales hunter. A professional with matching demeanor. Computer and software literate. Organized. Proficient use of CRM experience. A team player. Willing to learn new sales tactics, approaches and have creative input to help with a growing sales team. You should be dedicated to this postion to reach your target goals and you should be a great commuicator.
