Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Product Representative.

Fife (Tacoma), WA

Pay starting at $40 an hour! Pay can increase depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Travel for on site technical support
• Work as a liaison between Carrier, Ferguson, our dealer and the end user to help protect and promote all brands involved by providing world class Customer Service and Support.
• Provide customers with product literature and catalogs.
• Develop and deliver in person and virtual training to our customers.
• Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service.
• Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
• Technically proficient on all the products we promote.
• Follow all accurate procedures for set up, use and maintenance of tools & equipment in automation center.
• Able to lead multiple projects at a time, while working across districts and business groups.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability in sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize work.
• Understanding of quality vs quantity. High level of detail, understanding, and mechanical proficiency is a requirement.
• Driven to research the best possible solution.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
• Strong preference to report to location with VAC shop.

Pay Range:

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
