We are looking for a permalance Writer/Producer/Director who enjoys working in the realm of positive and conscious content. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the production process, online/ viral video content, client facing and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Screenwriting samples, director’s reel, and previous producing credits are mandatory.

Requirements

• Production experience is mandatory.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and vendors.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Competency in software including Word, Excel, Premiere and Final Draft.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the activities of Social Media manager, editors, vendors, and other crew/ personnel throughout the production process.
• Ideate original content idea for optimal performance on social media platforms like Tik Tok, IG, YT
• Conduct meetings with staff to discuss production progress/ ensure production objectives are attained.
• Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, planning of all production activities in a timely and efficient manner
• Research, write, develop and execute story outlines that will be created into original video content on social media platforms
• Directorial duties include approving final scripts, cast, wardrobe, props, set dressing, and locations as well as creating shot lists and storyboards for efficient communication with crew.
• Post Production: Collaborate with editors to ensure compelling storytelling and accurate completion of client notes in time to meet deadlines/ launch dates.

Pay: $65,000 - $80,000
