Processing Specialist I – Main (#30459)

As a processing specialist, you will indirectly serve our members by maintaining loan and deposit account files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Every day, you will work with the financial services staff regarding information regarding to processing and compliance for loan documentation and retention. You’ll be our go-to for administering consumer records pertaining to titles and UCC1’s, verifying accuracy of loan documents, and ensuring proper loan files to support our members in reaching their goals no matter how big or small.

Here's what you can expect:

• Providing quality control through review of loan and new account maintenance
• Conducting reviews to identify errors, fraud, or similar problems needing attention
• Assisting in determining procedures for processing forms, documents, and other materials regarding loan and new account documents
• Processing and submitting titles to the Department of Transportation and UCC1’s to the Secretary of State
• Effectively communicating with coworkers and members
• Supportive, positive environment

Here’s what we expect:

• 40 hours a week, typically 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
• Education equivalent to high school degree or a minimum of one year related experience required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union
