Description:

Supporting Missile Maintenance group for the United States Nuclear Missile Installation Support. Implementation of IPC, the process engineers should frequently interface with production workers to access needs. Process Engineers shall identify all critical repair processes and, with the assistance or process stakeholders, develop process maps for these processes in Excel if they do not already exist. Conduct and maintain process Failure Mode Effects analysis (PFMEA). Develop and submit process Orders VIA PODDS database. serve as the government lead investigator on impoundments using the A-3 and 5 whys root cause analysis procedures. 1) Implements IPC at one of the three GSUs by observing a process, identifying any gaps in the process, and closing those gaps. 60% 2) Assists with engineering challenges and concerns as needed. 20% 3) Identifies all critical repair processes and develops flow charts for these processes by reading the technical order and working with technicians. 5% 4) Conducts and maintains Process Failure Mode Effects Analyses to help prevent failures by identifying potential failures and lowering the risk of these failures happening. 5% 5) Reviews all temporary change forms prior to submission to ascertain issues and the best solutions. 10% Contract : 309 Mission Maintenance- Airforce Contract

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in engineer BS in Classical engineering ( Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Nuclear, Aerospace) from an accredited university. Must be able to plan and organize work and coordinate with others. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and maintain good working relations. must be willing to relocate MINOT AFB.
