In-House Therapy Department, a positive and cohesive therapy team and a 5-Star facility: This is a facility where you don't hear much about "productivity" or "profit margin", but rather "How is the patient doing", and "Is the patient able to tolerate more treatment days and minutes?". It is hard to believe such facility still exists, but Kyakameena and Elmwood Care Centers are these facilities.

We have taken our therapy in-house to better serve our residents, provide the amount of therapy our patients really need, truly make you a part of the facility, and create a unified team. We are looking to add a California Licensed Speech Pathologist to fill a PRN position between the two facilities (0.3 miles apart).

These privately owned and operated SNFs in Berkeley, California, have one goal in mind: Excellent clinical outcomes for the patients.

As an in-house rehab team member, you will be an employee of the facility and as such, you will be able to attend all facility events, trainings and any other unified tasks directed by the facility administration. This will create a "One Team, One Goal" mentality for all facility staff, including the therapy team, regardless of their duties and all other involved parties.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability
