Job description
As a Prep Cook / Line Cook you are responsible for Daily Prep work which involves portioning food. Preparing foods according to recipes by mixing, portioning and labeling those products. Slicing, chopping and dicing foods. Assisting with Freezer Pulls where we pull food from freezer and pan and label it so that it can thaw under refrigeration. Also mixing and preparing Biscuits are a daily duty as well as assisting with washing dishes and other cleaning duties. Also assisting in Cooking on the Line when needed.
