Job description
Pizza Bocca Lupo in San Jose, CA is looking for one prep cook to join our 15 person strong team.
Pay is $16-$18/hr plus tips of $4-$8/hr.
You will be working mostly lunch shifts 9am-2pm. We are located on 87 North San Pedro Street 133. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities

*Follow recipes and prepare dough, toppings, etc *Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking *Weigh and measure ingredients *Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables *Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough, and preparing sauces *Label stock and inventory all ingredients *Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Qualifications

*Able to lift 50lb. *Ability to communicate and listen to team members *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Experience as a Prep Cook a plus
