Reports To: Assistant Director of Client Services

Location: Flexible between all Caring Network offices

Terms: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Department: Client Services

Requirements: Some light lifting required as well as the ability to adapt to evolving technology.

About the Role: Carries out administrative duties and is the primary peer counselor for clients, including options counseling and providing support. This person will have a passion for helping women and men who are faced with an unexpected pregnancy and will possess the ability to introduce and help foster relationships with the Lord.

Responsibilities Include:

Maintain and oversee the basic functions of the office.

Act as receptionist, welcoming clients and visitors.

Answer the hotline and LiveChat. Schedule clients.

Undergo training to become a peer counselor. Eventually train new peer counselors.

Provide pregnancy peer counseling and support services to clients to increase positive impact in clients’ lives.

Enter data, update client files, and maintain center statistics.

Maintain mindfulness of and contribute towards ministry goals.

Candidate Requirements:

Christian: A professed believer in Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord.

Fully agrees with Caring Network Statement of Faith and Principle.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Possess strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills.

Detail-oriented, flexible, harmonious, and teachable.

Positive, humble, truthful, and gentle attitude.

Compassionate, loving, full of respect for others, and able to leave judgment in the hands of God.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Spanish is not required but is a plus.
