Job description
Injury Care Center (ICC) is now part of Excelsia Injury care. ICC represents a multi-disciplinary
team of medical providers specializing in orthopedic and injury care for individuals who sustain
injury at work or in an accident. You will work as an integral member of a team of medical
doctors, pain specialists, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, chiropractic and
administrative staff. This position has the title of Practice Administrator. It is a management
position based out of our business office in Glenolden, PA. This position oversees key processes
as well as staff and
vendors.
People Management
Direct reports- Medical Assistant supervisor, MA’s, billing Lead, Front desk, Intake
specialists
Direct Supervisory responsibility overseeing the work of employees in all 4 of the ICC
offices.
Assist with Staff coverage issues.
Take control of early morning and late evening phone calls.
Timely handling of the office alarm issues.
Cover front desk at office when short employees.
Maintain employee files, and update info on an ongoing basis.
Scan all employees with company cards, receipts into Smart Search along with PTO slips
and any business documents.
Process Management
Emails set up and administration.
Timely handling of IT issues, setting up new computers with new employees, and any
workstations.
Set up any new phones or any phone problems with ESP.
Serve as an Administrator for old 401K plans for ICC (TPA Associate Benefit Planner
and John Hancock)
Monthly company card reconciliation, spreadsheet from Seerat at corporate
Scan all weekly invoices to Accounts Payable on Fridays
Provider check request to Accounts Payable on Mondays or Tuesdays
