Machine Attendants for Powder Coating

Responsibilities

Understanding of all safety aspects of all positions on the production line

Organize work related has a production line

Participate in the training of the workforce

Responsible for the health and safety of employees under his/her production

Clean equipment and workplaces under his/her supervision

Respect for the standards of quality and performance of the production of its equipment and its working group

Do the set up and the start-up of equipment

Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment under his/her responsibility

Ensure functioning of equipment to control pollution of air and/or the water treatment uses, notify supervisor of any abnormalities and registered them in his/her daily report

For end of preparation of future work, make the request and/or prepare the tooling, parts, raw materials or any other component required for the next production, so as to minimize downtime

Prepare, mix, add/or remove safely according to the stabiles, material used in production methods

Make sure the equipment is running properly and if not, contact a supervisor immediately

Participate in preventive maintenance

Notify supervisor of all defects, damage or malfunction of equipment

Perform necessary minor repairs or adjustments necessary for the proper functioning of the production line

Supply, without interruption, materials required for production, first by making the request at the time wanted to the people concerned

Make sure all excess materials are sent back to the proper location after each job

Make sure all tools and parts are sent back to the maintenance department and notify them of any pieces or parts that may need to be checked due to damage or missing pieces.

Participate with improving procedures and methods of work as well as the implementation of these

Perform or monitor quality tests related to production, fill out the quality reports and ensure compliance with the qualitative and quantitative norms
