Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a
Posting/Billing Clerk to join our Administrative Operations Group. This individual will be responsible for processing vehicle purchase paperwork in an efficient and timely manner. The Posting Clerk will be part of a team that will work together to get Car Deals into our systems. This is a position that requires attention to detail, and an ability to work quickly within a team. Previous automotive or dealership experience is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
- Post and process vehicle transactions
- Processing payoffs
- Reconciling schedules
- Scanning documents, data entry
- Assist with AP & AR as needed
Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED- Must have good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Good attitude and positive communication with co-workers
