Post-Overdose Response Coordinator
Job description
The Vinton County Health Department is seeking qualified candidates for a full time Post-Overdose Response Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess an Associates Degree in a health related field or have two years of training. Certification as a Peer Recovery Support Work preferred. Candidate will be expected to work with local partners, responding within an appropriate time frame within the county, develop the response team, coordinate activities in the community. This position requires working with a team, local travel. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be knowledgeable of Appalachian culture.
