What you will do:
  • Maintaining a safe and clean building and property.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our residents. You represent the company and our core values.
  • Cover Doorman lunch break – (Must be comfortable with computers, and be able to multitask)
  • Receive deliveries, unpack and store maintenance equipment and materials.
  • Assist superintendent as directed.
  • Complete daily task routine provided.
What you should have:
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to try new things.
  • A relentless drive to be your best self, continuously looking to grow and learn from your own actions and from the actions of those around you.
  • A genuine desire to help people. Customer service experience is a plus.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without it compromising the quality of your work.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly Rate: $27.73
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
