We are looking for someone to join our Facilities Team in the role of

What you will do:
- Maintaining a safe and clean building and property.
- Providing excellent customer service to our residents. You represent the company and our core values.
- Cover Doorman lunch break – (Must be comfortable with computers, and be able to multitask)
- Receive deliveries, unpack and store maintenance equipment and materials.
- Assist superintendent as directed.
- Complete daily task routine provided.
What you should have:
- A positive attitude and eagerness to try new things.
- A relentless drive to be your best self, continuously looking to grow and learn from your own actions and from the actions of those around you.
- A genuine desire to help people. Customer service experience is a plus.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without it compromising the quality of your work.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly Rate: $27.73
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
