We are looking for a Plumbing Supervisor who will have the opportunity to provide exceptional consultative services to customers and diagnose complex plumbing problems. This position reports to the Branch Manager and coordinates with Plumbing Technicians on new and ongoing jobs. In this role you will have the opportunity to execute complex home improvement projects, deepen knowledge of plumbing to write estimates, and partner with government entities to obtain city permits. This role is vital in the support and mentorship for Plumbing Technicians to achieve their career goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

Within the first 30 days and ongoing:

● Partners with a Senior Project Supervisor to ensure an understanding of company processes and procedures and gain knowledge of the types of jobs that RotoCo, LLC specializes in, i.e.: sewer inspections, drain cleaning services, and complex plumbing issues.

● Shows familiarity with the pricing, adeptly using ServiceTitan to find pricing in real-time. Stays abreast of pricing changes by suppliers and references pricing books regularly when creating estimates.

● Meets and begins building rapport with Branch Managers, Plumbing Technicians, and Plumbing Support Technicians.

● By 30 days, demonstrates a strong ability to sell projects and is responsible for closing $60,000+ in sales per month.

3 months and ongoing:

● Demonstrates follow through and gives 5-star quality customer service when resolving customer complaints/issues, leading with a solutions mindset to figure out how to help the customer in the right way.

● Is fully independent in executing home improvement projects and the documentation of contracts. Shows advanced understanding of the permit process, skilled at addressing issues with plans and making the necessary changes proactively. Schedules inspections so that plumbing jobs are completed on time and customer reviews are positive. Follows up and makes calls/sends emails to get status updates on the permit application.

6 - 12 months and ongoing:

● Mentors Plumbing Technicians and Plumbing Support Technicians as they progress in their careers. Is the go-to person for technical plumbing questions, pricing and/or permit questions.

● Is able to resolve most issues for closed jobs the same day as dispatched, from Ex 1 to Ex 2.

● Continues to sell projects and is responsible for closing $120,000 - $160,000 in sales per month through sharing knowledge with technicians and to providing solutions directly to customers.

● Demonstrates advanced knowledge of field service management ServiceTitan to create estimates for customers for plumbing, drains, and water cleanup services and repairs.

● Coordinates with leadership to identify and select new Plumbing Supervisors for mentorship and training.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

✔ 1+ year experience in the service and repair industry highly preferred, drain cleaning experience 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the service and repair industry required

✔ 2+ years’ experience in sales and customer service in the service and repair industry highly preferred

✔ Demonstrated thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, drains, water lines, and gas lines preferred

✔ Proven experience with field service management software, ServiceTitan preferred

✔ Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record required

✔ Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen required

✔ Ability to perform duties such as climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 60lbs a must

COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Compensation range is 100% commission based

Benefits begin on day 90 and include:

Pay: $25,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
