This role works directly with our Lead Installer; a typical day is spent helping the crew excavate, grade, and prepare trenches or small pits so that new residential sewer and water lines can be installed. Other tasks include helping with whole-house repipes, tankless water-heater installations, and more.

Requirements

• Clean background, drug-free, and clean safe driving record
• 2 years plumbing experience
• Excavator experience
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
• Strong desire to be better today than you were yesterday
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude in life
