We are looking for Denver's most talented, accountable, and dependable Residential & Commercial Plumbing Foreman.

If your standards are above average and have a minimum of 10 years in the Plumbing New Construction industry, we would like to meet you. There is tremendous opportunity for growth for the right candidate. MAI Mechanical has been in business for nearly 40 years and are continuing to grow.

The ideal candidates for this role will have STRONG leadership and field project management skills. Extensive wood frame Multifamily or Housing experience is a must to be successful in this role. Plumbing Foreman Requirements:

• Journeyman or Master Plumber License
• 10 years + in Plumbing new construction
• Ability to run crews
• Blueprint reading
• Manage quality control & risk management
• Material ordering & Inventory control
• Budget review accountability
• Run a job from beginning to end
• Exceptional communication skills
• Pass background check
• Pass drug screen
• Strong leadership is a must to be a Foreman

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
