Platform Analyst - Full Time, Remote

At Wellness Coaches, the Platform Analyst works on the Product Content Team to assist in all aspects of engagement data usability and analysis, with guidance and support from the Director of Content Strategy and Senior Content Designer. This individual will be responsible for data analysis to inform establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators as well as overall content strategy. Establishing and following protocols for consistent meta-data assignment and ongoing maintenance to improve usability and visualization of data within our proprietary Admin tool will be critical in this role.

Key Functions

• Establish and follow standard operating procedures for consistent metadata assignment and management to improve overall organization and discovery.
• Prepare data showing performance of key elements of specific program set ups to inform on areas for improvement.
• Advise on and analyze A/B testing.
• Identify gaps, trends and areas of improvement to be considered in overall content and engagement strategies.
• Utilize expertise to ensure data collected is accurate and high quality.
• Establish protocols to improve usability and visibility of data.
• Assist with optimization of standard reporting capabilities.
• Aid in the development and testing of assessment conclusions.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Wellness Coaches’ proprietary reporting tool.
• Collect, evaluate, interpret, organize and present conclusions effectively.

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail
• Experience working in a health or wellness field a plus

• Data cleanup, visualization, interpretation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
