Rosti is hiring a Project Engineer!
As a Project Engineer you would be responsible for coordinating development activities to successfully launch new and existing projects into production. This responsibility includes close design for manufacturing collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal resources, to deliver projects from design conception through quoting, development, sampling, qualification, and finally production release. A strong background in tooling and scientific molding principles is critical, as is the ability to communicate technical requirements to customers.
Qualified candidates would posses the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in science and 10-15yrs experience w/ thermoplastic injection molding and tooling, including both insert and 2-shot molding preferred.
- Working knowledge of plastic part design, SolidWorks modeling preferred.
- Understanding of scientific injection molding and de-coupled processing using pressure sensors.
- Experience with mold fill simulation software, SolidWorks Plastics preferred.
- Ability to clearly communicate technically complex issues across internal and external channels.

Pay: $106,495.44 - $109,846.30 per year
